Queer Belonging: Past, Present and Future

Lenny joined Ulrike Steven and Daniel Ovalle Costal for a panel discussion on queerness and the built environment. The event was hosted by the Architecture Foundation Young Trustees with support from Architecture LGBT+ and was part of the London Festival of Architecture 2026.

The panel drew on findings from the Young Trustees' reading group. It looked at LGBTQIA+ spaces, the communities that keep them going, and why they matter to how our cities are designed and lived in.

An exhibition ran alongside the panel throughout the afternoon, celebrating queer spaces and the people who make them.
